Our batteries come with a 60 day warranty. We will provide a label and refund any customer who has a defective battery, only after attempting to solve their issues. If a customer no longer needs the item, we allow them to return the item, but we will not pay return shipping.
Another thing to keep in mind: Products under 10 dollars are not cost effective to have returned to us. In this case we ask if they would like a refund or a replacement, and follow through with that. This is only for defective products. Products customers no longer need are still required to be shipped back to us for a refund.
