THIS ONLY APPLIES TO ISSUES WHERE A CUSTOMER HAS A WORKING BATTERY, BUT IT WILL NOT CHARGE TO 100%.
Sometimes a customer will tell us that the battery they purchased will not charge past a certain percentage, i.e. 89%. This is because their software needs to be calibrated for their new battery. This can be done using the following instructions:
Android:
1. Turn off the phone
2. Take out the battery
3. Press and hold the power button for one minute,
4. reinsert the battery
5. turn the phone on.
iOS
1. Reset your iPhone by holding down the sleep/wake button and the Home button simultaneously until your iPhone resets.
2. Discharge your iPhone until it turns off automatically.
3. Fully charge your iPhone.
