The most common issue is that the screen protector is cracked. In this case, we have to ask for images of the crack. If it is not obvious that it was caused by customer damage, we can ask them if they would like a replacement or a refund.

Another common issue is that some specific items will not fit the phone correctly. We've had this issue with the Galaxy S7 Edge Tempered Glass. In this case, we have to manually check our stock for fit and finish. We have had cases in the past where the screen protector was manufactured wrong, and we had to remove stock, again with the Galaxy S7 Edge Tempered Glass.

Some customers will state that certain sensors (i.e. the proximity sensor) stop working when the screen protector is installed. This is a very difficult diagnosis, and we typically provide either a refund, or replacement at the buyer's discretion.
